i do believe they will fit after a few modifications are made.

HUGE mistake dude. The 99-01 FAT-LIP bumper is not only uglier than the 96-98 front bumper, it is less trail capable because you will have a worse angle of approach.

If you need a cheap bumper go to your local scrap yard then clean it and paint it semi-gloss black.

I agree- dont do it. The bumper you like looks like a lower lip on a sturgeon (fish).

But what I really dont like about it is that if you ever drive off road - PAINTED BUMPERS SCRATCH VERY FAST.
