1998 limited 4x4 156k what's she worth salvaged?

My brother wrecked my old 4Runner about 2 months ago. Insurance totaled it out basically because of labor being too high to fix. He just bought it back and is waiting on the title. How much do you think she's worth? Runs and drives great. Just had the timing belt(waterpump,pulleys), spark plugs, and wires done not even 1000 miles ago. Tundra 231 brake upgrade with new calipers, pads and rotors brembo , ss toytech brake lines. Sonoran steel 1.2 lift and 1inch body lift with panhard bar(not installed brand new). All new ball joints upper/lower and tie rods inner/outer (oem Toyota) not installed yet. Led tails and retrofitted blacked out headlights d2s with halo. Dash leds where the cluster and hvac is. FN 5 stars 17s with 285/70/17 duratracs with about 85-90% tread left with discount tire certificates. Diff oil was changed with Mobil one synthetic also ever since I've owned it it's had Mobil one synthetic in the motor. I'm thinking about parting it out and selling it but I really don't feel like messing with it. While waiting on the title I'm just trying to see what she's worth. Every mod has been done within the last 5-7k miles even the tires. Let me know what you think. Thanks

What's wrong with it other than needing a bumper, grill and maybe a hood? Fix it and drive it. Insurance tried to total mine for the same reason. Mine was a little worse. I fixed mine for less than $1000.

He doesn't want it and I already have a 4th gen 4Runner and another vehicle. Don't really have the room for it

4k seems a fair price to me if it does drive well and no frame damage. New steel bumper and a sotoshi style grill, you're good to go. Don't part it our, that's a waste

I was thinking in that range. Not sure what I'm going to do yet. I have a younger brother that will be driving soon. Not sure if he will like it or not but it's a good first car.
