1999 4Runner rear Bumper

Hello, new to this board. I am in the process of shopping for a 1999 4Runner. I have found one from a friend. It will be replacing my old and tired 1992 Ranger Rover. The 4Runner will do 80% daily driving and 20% off-road.

My questions to this board, what is out there when it comes to read bumper with tire carrier? Obviously a local to Southern California - Los Angeles would be best.
