1999 4Runner Suspension questions

Alright so, basically I AM going to be replacing suspension and tires on my 4Runner. Tires is easy... suspension eh...im confused as hell on what to do. I want some new suspension but im not really sure what i need to buy? If i buy the Bilstein or some stock shocks does that mean i have to buy coils also. What im really asking for is if someone can post me links of EXACTLY what i will need to put on new suspension. A 1" inch lift would be nice but im completely FINE with stock suspension. BUT If i do that what do i buy? I saw Bilstein 1500's is that all i would buy or do i have to buy coils also? I want front and rear. You could make it ultra simple for me if you just posted a link to a website of what i would need for a stock lift.

Sorry if i repeated myself a million times.

Edit: Will these fit my truck? http://www.4wheelparts.com/Lift-Kit...0&t_pt=101006&t_pl=101369&t_pn=ShockingES3000

I have the OME setup (881/890) and have been happy thus far with it. Hoping to take it wheeling in the next few moths, then I'll see how it really performs!!

I'm looking at replacing my whole setup too. I have the stock 99 suspention now, but everythings blown out and saggy. The SS 3.0 system is looking pretty good to me. I contemplated the SS 7.2, much too much $$ for me right now.

Let me know what you end up going with.

I decided to go with the OME Kit i think im going to do the whole thing from toytec! The whole kaboom. but thats a big MAYbe. i may just do the shocks
