1999 4Runner V6 Engine & Tranny for Sale!!!

Hello guys
I got a Tranny (4x2 Automatic)and V6 Engines here for a 1999 4Runner/Tacoma. Both are in excellent condition and they have around 80K miles.

Here are interchange specs:
Engine interchange
99-00 4Runner
99-04 Tacoma
Tranny Interchange:
99-00 4Runner

I want around $1000 for the engine and 300$ for the tranny ( Or BEST OFFER) but I'll go down if you buy them both.
