1999 Keyless Entry and Doorlock problems

Still stuck.

Well I tried the sequence several times and got nothing. I went to local Pull-a-Part and ended up finding an RS3000 ECU out of a Rav4. Made sure it had the green program button and took it home and just plugged it in & replaced the RS2000. Pressed the button and was able to program 3 key fobs no issue. I appreciate the response. Thought I'd leave a follow-up in case someone else needs the info.

Ok, I've figured out quite a bit over the last few days. I have the same RS2000 in my 99 R5 as you. It was located in the dash near the steering wheel. No green button. Popped it open and see RS3000 printed on the guts inside the plastic housing. I also snagged an RS3000 with green button from eBay. I located the Denso Buzzer/Chipper near the passenger side firewall. I have VIP stickers on the front windows and have a security light on the dash. What remote did you use to program? I purchased the two button black and the two button grey but neither seem to be responding to the programing attempts. Did you get the three button remote? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
