1999 T4R Manual Transmission oil change

I have a 1999 4Runner with a MANUAL Transmission with 144k. I want to change my transmission oil, front and rear diff, and transfer case oil. What are your recomendations. I work at a shop that is a dealer for Red line so i get a good deal on it i just don't know what weight to run......

MT-90 for the tranny or 75/90 if you don't use Redline
75/90 for the diffs and xfer

Mine's auto, but used Amsoil for the diffs. But if you can get a good deal on Redline products, get the weights listed above. I used 75w-90 for all the diffs and x-fer cases.

Every 30k is sufficient.

I guess everyone's opinion on the interval differs. For me, if I had a manual and used synthetic fluid, I'd go at least 50k. For my diffs, I'm not changing that for 90k miles. But I won't be doing any heavy hauling, either.
