I bought a 1999 4Runner and the owner gave me 2 uncut key blanks with the chips and a spare new remote. A friend at the dealership cut a spare key and I programmed another remote so I have enough keys & remotes.
I will sell the keys and a remote for $10 each, plus you can pay me with a check made payable to The National MS Society and get a tax deductible key! I've been riding the MS Bike Rides for 27 years and this allows you to get a key or remote at a deal plus get a tax deduction.
