Hey people im from australia and have a 1st gen 4runner with the 4y-e engine and automatic transmission... Well the other day i went out 4wding and bad news the engine deceided to let it self go now its pouring out with multi coloured smoke and also on the way home somthing else let go where there is red transmission oil like oil on the left hand side and smoke just filled the car and out the rear but not from the exhaust.... and now the thing keeps slipping and reverse juse jerks and doesnt go.. It also has oil in the transmission. Does anyone know what the problem could be with the transmission? also would anyone have a clue what model number the transmission is im having a hard time finding parts.. Thanks in advance.:happens:
