1st gen door hinges ('86 4runner)

Hi guys, my driver's door is saggy and noisy, the door hinges are pretty bad. Does anyone know if I get a set from the passenger side, they would work on the driver's side? Or if the 2nd gen door hinges are the same? or any other toyota with the same door hinges? Thanks in advance.

I've been told the ones from the pass. side won't work, get some from a parts truck a fair price would be free to $10

yeah the pass side won't work I took them off to check, It as worth trying I'll clean up the under the fenders while I got them off. But I guess I'll try to find some off a pick up, hope to find some with not much wear.

Hey turns out, the bolt holes on the hinge to the body are wide enough to tilt the hinge counter clock-wise just enough to make up for the sagging, door is now straight with the striker and doesn't rub the fender, which is where the noise was coming from.:boxer:

nice! good find I'm going to have to try the same on mine as it also rubs the fender...
