1st Gen rear tire swing

i could make a L bar type deal that would insert into the end of your bumper tube to clear the body.

figure about 2inches out then 2 inches back and the swing mount would be away from the body, kind hard to make this far away from the bumper.
I would suggest bringing to a local machine shop to have them build it and you could use some of my designs as reference.
