I love the show Cops. Watchin an episode tonight. Dude's runnin in a stolen 1st gen. I know yall say the V6 is slow but he was bookin it. Finally got him and he said "truck wouldn't go no faster". Moron had 2 kids with him but still, cool to see the 1st gen on TV.

Living in North Florida its mostly flat, and I can run 65 on the flats, but whenever I have to go over the intercoastal..... Its 45mph in 3rd all the way up, then I can touch 75 down the other side!

I had a 95 v6 Auto in high school and I got a speeding ticket once. The cop asked me if I knew how fast I was going and i said "65 I think" it was a 50mph zone. He just said, "Nope, 86" I let slip, "NO WAY?! Thats awesome!" He actually chuckled, then wrote me up. It was an expensive ticket but in that moment I was proud of the old thing.
