I've got an 87 22re Turbo it's a tad rough around the edges but it's a work in progress. I bought it for $3300 with only 137,000 brand new paint and 4 Hella lights across the front bumper. Since then I've added new all terrain tires and weld racing wheels. I don't know how to post pictures since im new but I have a few if someone could tell me how.

I've been looking for a soft top for my 87 and was wonderin where you got it and how much it cost. Everywhere I've looked they've been anywhere from 600 to 1000. I thought about gettin one fabricated but don't know where to go any help is much appreciated.

Thurlo: I like the way yours looks with the black top but then again I like the white top on mine too. Who painted your 4Runner? What color did you use? I think the factory white on mine looks yellowish. It's very obvious when it's next to another white vehicle I have.

i painted my truck. i used rustoleum gloss white. they had a sale on it and i got 6 cans for $14.95 looks pretty decent for a rattle can paint job. i think you answered my question of either leaving my top black or painting it white to match. i like the black it breakks up the white.

my 4Runner fully rebuilt under mixed road and off-road competitions and just for moving. There is new chassis from Prado 90 without rear panara, steering, transmission are taken from Prado too. Engine is 3S-GTE 270hp. maximum speed is 200km/h. Weight is 1600kg. Everything is absolutly new and original from Toyota

Starting some work today or tomorrow and will take lots of pics during the process. The one side of the truck still looks like great but the other side is a whole other issue, lol. Rolled and flipped her off the road, about 50ft down. Sure glad I was in that truck though, she took alot of it and I just had a few bruises. Pics to come........
