1st gen upgrades to 2nd gen brakes, wteering and rear diff help

Hello to all T4R guys.
I bought a nice 85 with 4" skyjacker lift, 33 Mickey/T tires, bad motor, for 1800 plus 450 for the engine repair.

I bought front calipers, brake system, whole rear diff, whole power steering system off a 95 T4R 6cil for 300 bucks.
does anyone has the links to do this upgrades? was it worth the purchase? am I asking for too mcuh trouble?

next is a rear spool locker, a 3" body with 2" motor, transfer, and gas tank lift.

This T4R will be for me and my lil' ones to go mild off roading and puddle/mud driving (kids love mud).
I'm deployed so I dont have many sources to ask help to, I want to have the truck ready when I get back to spend some quality time with em'.
Any comments or better mods will be apreciated.

Make sure the V6 diff is the same gear ratio as your front diff before you put it in.

Running the IFS box is a very common upgrade over your 85s push/pull steering setup. Your going to need highsteer for it to work.

Did you happen top get the break calipers, master cylinder and break booster off the 95 did you? Those would be a big upgrade over the 85s breaks.

I have a spool in the rear of my v6. I love it. Nothing says cool like a spool.

I have the master cil, booster, front calipers (are they a straight fit?), I want to know if the rear diff is a straight fit (I'll check the gears first)?
I know I have to buy the histeer kit and steering box mount.
I just dont want to go frankenstein on my T4R, minimum welding since I have to pay for it.

Sounds like your on the right path.

All the break parts should bolt right on, as well as the rear 3rd member (it will also fit in the front axle too)

This ol' man is going to ask a teenage question. What's the 3rd member?
can I use the 4cil rotors, or do I need to buy some 6cil rotors? do I need wheel spacers for the front tires to match the new length of the rear diff? shall I keep the 22re or replace it with the 6cil (free engine). or even the tranny or tcase?

U know I posted on another similar site couple days ago and I was told to search the info. This site seems more relaxed and user friendly.
