1st time trail riding

so for the past week me and my wife(Kasey) have been visiting her gparents in Blairsville, GA.
before we went i wanted to go trail riding soo bad but Kasey was against it cuz we have 2wd and she has no idea wat trail riding is...but when we pulled into the neighborhood guess wat i saw?
yes...a trail! so i immediately told my wife to stand at the bottom and take pics so i could show off my 1st time to you guys =]
the trail was super short and so easy but man it was addicting! and i forced Kasey to get in and ride with and guess who was officially addicted too! haha
but here are the pics of the short trail we did...and sorry for the quality. this was when she was totally against it so she didnt care wat they looked like at all.

so for the next couple days we went site seeing to waterfalls and things like that but went in Kasey's gparents wrangler...big mistake. after riding in their jeep on the trails i wanted to take the 4runner soo bad.
so we agreed to go to Helton Creek Falls so i could atleast a little trail riding...again, the picture quality kinda sucks cuz my wife doesnt care as much as i do about showing off pics on here, but she took the pics so thats all that matters.

and as you can see in the pics i had my windows down cuz im used to hot a$$ FL weather and wanted to soak up the beautiful mountain breeze and temp.....HUGE mistake. i did not realize that i would get that much dust inside the cabin. it was all over the place so that that i even had to vaccuum the freakin headliner haha
def learned my lesson with that!

these are just a few pics of Kasey's aunt's new t4r facing off against ours.
tried to get her to go trail riding but she didnt want to dirty or scratch up her new ride....BORING! but understandable because she buys new cars and trades them in for newer ones seriously like every 3 months...her credit is in the 900's cuz of it haha

but here are the pics...the 5th gens are def bigger but that doesnt mean they are tougher!!!

her gparents HHR in the background...used to have a 2011 platinum f-150 but had to trade that in cuz it wouldnt tow behind their new motorhome...just thought that was a funny trade..went from a v8 to 4 banger haha

Uh oh... now you're gonna want a 4WD soon... Haha just kidding, great to see some other 2wds hitting the trails though!

Trail riding is a blast! Even if you do stick to trails that 2wd will get you through.

btw I know what you mean about the wife not caring about pictures... I get that every time I go somewhere with anyone and want to get the 4runner in the picture, especially for shots that I can't take cuz I have to be driving...

yea..gets pretty frustrating but they just dont understand lol

but once i leave for the coast guard and start getting paid we are gonna get either a 5th gen TE or a 08-09 4th sport. cuz right now we are sharing one vehicle and it sucks cuz i cant do wat i want to it! haha
