Haven't installed them yet (just got everything in the mail today), so I can't quite say yet. Shooting for install this weekend.

Any weight in the back?

I've run anywhere from empty to + ~500 lbs and it doesn't ride very well. Also towed my ~3500lb boat & trailer, but the 890s really couldn't keep up. I only tow it twice a year, and 30 miles each way, so whatever.

Honestly I suspect Icon put about zero effort into valving the 2.0 shocks for the 4runner. They just don't seem to work well at all. Disappointing for what they cost. I'd avoid them unless you're going for the $3k+ setups that they actually spent time on.

the fj/4th gen are longer then tundra. So it depends on your rear coils.

anything with 3"+ of lift id go with 5100 form 4th gen. Anything 3" or lower id go tundra or OME.

Are you referring to the stock length 4th gen/FJ 5100's, or the extended? The 5100's that ToyTec recommended for the Superflex springs are the 4th gen/FJ 5100's for a 2" lift- so longer than stock FJ/4th gen shocks.
Just want to make sure everyone is on the same page when people are referring to "4th gen/FJ shocks"
I got the 5100's that ToyTec recommended for the Superflex, and I can't even get enough up-travel to make my 35's rub. I'm going to try STOCK length 4th gen shocks next. Likely the OEM Tokico black flavor.

trailbike and rallypoint mind putting your results up on here with ur 906/5100 setup whenever you install them?

My back up plan is to just put 3rd gen specific 5100s on with my 906s (no packer or spacer) and hope it dampens out the ride a bit.
