got the front spacers on, got too dark, gonna do the rear next weekend. any one have any problems re tightening the sway bar links? the bolts just kept spinning in the link. wish i would have measured the height before i put the front on but oh well. I reallllyyy wants 18"s, cant afford new rims tho and i need new tires so i guess its 265/75r16 4 me

channel locks, clamp them on the inside of the link and rachet them down, they dont need alot of pressure to hold. just got done with my lift 3 days ago. the rear is a breeze, especially compared to the front. I also disconnected my rear sway bar at the brackets to give me more wiggle room to fit the rear springs back up in there.

Ya, i forgot the get pics of lift too. im looking at the Grabbers too, 265/75r16 though, If you get them tell me what you think.

Have any pictures as it sits with just the 2.5 up front?

I think its just a little too high in the front but its almost level, so it should look pretty good with the rear on too

Sorry shes a lil dirty, hasnt been washed in a while with all the snow, and i didnt realize all the greasy paw prints on my fender

Like I just posted on another thread haha, your Runner looks great with the the Daystar lift! Not sure what to tell you about the uneven rear. Maybe the passenger side just has to settle some? At least it's only 3/8 in of a difference, you can't even tell looking at the pictures. I doubt anyone would notice unless maybe you stared at it endlessly haha.

So you're happy with the topout (FJ) version of this lift? I REALLY want to buy it for mine soon, and I'd rather go with the topout one since it's cheaper and would be much easier to install. I'm just reluctant because of the things I've read about possibly causing issues with the front shocks. It seems most of the guys that have done this haven't had a problem, I'm just slightly paranoid when it comes to my truck.

i havent had any probs yet. and havent read of anyone, but shocks are cheap and I honestly want fj shocks anyways :), guys basically give em away on the FJ forum. ya i am happy with the topout only. the front is a pain in the ass and would only be worse to have to take the strut apart and re compress. Im gonna jack er back up this weekend just to make sure the LR spacer/spring is seated correctly. What runner u gots?

I have a 2006 Sport Edition 4x4. All stock except for the 265/70/17 BFG's I bought. I think the Daystar lift would look really good with my tires. And I'm glad to hear your positive reports of your lift :) I think I might just go ahead and get it now.
