2.5 Daystar front spacer

I currently have the FJC shocks and springs front and rear and a 1"Toytec spacer up front. A friend of mine has a 2.5" DS spacer from his FJC that he wants to sell. If I go with that spacer up front will my 4Runner sit nose high and not level or should I just forgo that and buy the 2.5/1.5 kit???

It'll be nose high I believe. There is a cheap Daystar spacer a few guys are using, I know euy has one. Together, it'd provide a nice amount of lift if that's what you're looking for, and should remain level.

I would guess that it would sit slightly nose-up with the addition of only the 2.5 in front. The leveling kits are usually 1" different and I think that the FJ springs yield about 1/2" of lift all around. Measure your vehicle now, and determine the front-to-rear delta... add another 1.5" to the front and see where you'd be. You could always add the 2.5" front, live with it for a few weeks to see if you like the stance, and then raise the rear if you have to.

You tell us... Grab a tape measure and measure your fender heights. If you add the difference in lift amount, will you be nose high?

It'll be easier and more accurate that way. It's too hard to guess from behind a screen without knowing measurements.

I added the Daystar 2.5 spacer and mine sits just slightly nose down with the stock springs and the air bags set on normal. With the FJC springs and the 2.5 you should be right at level.
