looks good so far. are you going to be modifying the mounts for the stock bumper? on a side note, i'm interested in that rear disc brake setup. Got any more info on it?

as for the front bumper I think i'm going to leave the bumper alil low till I upgrade to winch bumper. and the disc break thing well that has been alot of work and problems yes they are on yes they work but still have to work out E brake cables and figure out what to do about proportioning valve issues even with the problems I'm having its a great improvement over the drums.

You are right mine did also until i disconnected the rubber bumper mount just inside the inner fender well it lets the bumper flex back down and out and clear the tire

there discontinued pro comp rock crawler 16x8 4" back spacing. i was able to special order one last week to have set of 5 and was informed that they don't make a 4" back spacing any more. how ever as long as they have the raw materials they can build them there just not running them in production.

I can't speak for all years and bumper styles as the 98 in the background has different bumper and mounting. On my truck the plastic bumper cover if raised up you would either have to raise the cross member at the end of the frame, or leave it low and cut the plastic to fit over it. you could raise the cross member but IMO> that would weaken the front of the frame. So as I have plans for aftermarket front bumper I have chosen to live with it for know.
NOTE THE 2" BUMPER BRACKETS THAT CAME WITH THE KIT WOULD NOT WORK ON MY RUNNER DIFFERENT STYLE MOUNTING HOW EVER THEY WERE FOR THE STYLE OF MOUNTING ON PURE98'S RUNNER
Hope this helps if you are getting the kits from 4crawler you might investigate the bumper brackets alil before ordering.
I also did not need the radiator brackets as my runner had holes 2" lower already but if you look at the pics you can see the 2 spots of fresh paint is where the bottom hole lined up I just had to drill that cross brace to get at the new bolts I used Allen head so you can tighten them through the newly drilled holes
cool. i will have to research a bit more since I have a 99 and it may be different, and it will be the 4crawler body lift, so maybe i'll email them to get specifics on my model year.
Still can't decide between 1.5" or 2" BL yet, so i've still got to make up my mind first!
