20 inch OEM wheels and hitch mount

Hello, Im located in Lima Peru south america and here Toyota dont sell the OEM 20 inch wheels.
where can I buy them.
USA Toyota dealers ask for vin number and most dont want to export.
i have an address in Florida soy if some one is interested in sell, please contact me.
I also need the OEM hitch mount. I cant find it here also
