20 pin steering wheel audio control connector

I need to connect a PAC SWI-RC to pins 6, 7 and 8 on the 20 pin connector for the steering wheel controls.

How would be the best way to connect three wires to the pins with out harming the OEM harness?


My goal would be to find the matching male connector and I was wondering if I could use this harness? Metra Part # 70-8113 | Toyota wire harness | Metra Online

I know I might need to move the pins around but I wonder if it would work?

Any idea on best way to connect these?

I've done extensive research on this subject when installing my navi system. As far as I can tell, there is no matching adapter for the 20-pin harness.

However, I was concerned about permanently damaging the factory harness. I found these connectors, which were completely reversible and did not harm the factory harness. They are also very secure.

Could you guys tell me where the factory 20 pin plug is located? I'm trying to connect a steering wheel interface to my head unit.
