2000 4Runner offroad lights

I'm new to all the offroad stuff, and right now I only have a 2WD 4R but I am in need for some offroad lights on the bumper in between the headlights and in the lower grill... any suggestions starter kits, where to begin?

It really depends on how much you want to spend. I just got the Hella 700s and retrofitted them with a 55w HID kit. They are extremely bright.

I'm ready to spend anything from 100-200 but I don't wnat to get screwed in the process
