Got the itch again and been trying to give the truck some attention lately. Ive been reading this forum for a while now and its cool how everyone helps each other out with ideas. I've used plenty with my tinkering. So thanks. I like to keep it simple and clean. Lifted it up a bit, new tires and shocks, refinished the rack and rear bumper plate. New timing belt, pads and rotors, radiator, and wax job. Love the truck its been uber reliable and very capable. I use it to tow, in the snow and to haul dirt bikes around. I think someone on here said the 3rd gen had timeless styling and I agree.

All I need is too find a front lower valance as mine was bumped in a parking lot so some paint is chipped and missing. That would complete the body. Anyone looking to upgrade, please keep me in mind.

2nd owner bought in 2003 with 30k. Currently has 135k, Toytec 3" lift with bilstein 5100 series shocks. Black exterior, oak interior, 4x4, rides perfect.

It's looking beautiful. My '97 that I purchased new got totaled in '03. On the way home from the dealer, about to buy an 04, a 3rd gen passed us. My heart leapt a little and I ended up finding my '00 that night on the internet. I love the body style too. Tonight I was in traffic behind and next to 3rd gens. I wish I had a sport hood...
