Good find. That's the first time I have noticed that they changed the running boards. They don't look like that on my '98.

I am new to the 4runner so I am still learning all the packages and what not. But to be honest, I like the runnings boards better on the 98 if they are what I am thinking. They are black and rounded at the fender wells?

The running boards are the same color and everything, but your kind of make a \____/. Mine go stright down from the fender flare.
