2000 4runner wont start without clutch cancle

just bought a 2000 4runner 5speed. When it is cold I can start it with the clutch in. When it gets warm Having the clutch in doesn't let the engine crank, so I have to use the clutch cancle switch. It has 100000 miles. Do I need a new clutch?

Theres a switch on the clutch pedal that won't let the truck crank unless either the clutch is pushed in or the button is pushed...sounds like your switch is bad.
