2000 lim passenger side lumbar and seat height adjust

I was able to pickup some old seats and I was thinking of getting passenger side lumbar adjustment working. this seems pretty easy as you can just unbolt the backrest via 4 @ 14 mm bolts and swap them over. the lumbar button will be on the wrong side but is in the clear so... no big deal I guess. it looks the motor is symmetric so worst case I could move the bracket if worse comes to worse.

however, the seat height adjust is not going to be that easy. pretty sure I can move the mechanical part over pretty easy. will have to drill some holes and probably take the slides off for the drill press but also just time there.

I think the switch will also work and be expandable, just have to mess with some wires and the switches also look symmetrical so moving the button might just work.

wondering if anybody has tried this yet?

Sounds like a good project. Lumbar adjustment is ok, once set you pretty much leave it there. Height can be really handy for different drivers. You'll really like the seat heaters, handy even in Texas for getting good home hot! Luck. :cowboy:
