I'd recommend new OEM 99 tall springs and some decent Tokico shocks all around. That'll fix your stance and ride quality in a huge way.
Next, I'd pull the service history and look for the following items. If they haven't been changed yet, I would change them ASAP in this order:
1.) Lower Ball Joints - OEM only
2.) Tranny Cooler - B&M (someone will post the part number soon, I'm sure)
3.) Timing Belt and Water Pump
1A. - While replacing LBJ's you may as well replace inner and outer tie rods, sway bar links, sway bar bushings, and steering bushings.
2A. - To avoid the terrible pink milkshake
3A. - To keep the water pump from taking the TB out with it.
Throw some plugs, wires, filters, and fluids in for step 4 and you've got a great, and most importantly, safe foundation for your daughter.
