2001 4Runner 4WD NOT engaging - need more suggestions

Hello everybody my 4WD is still not working.

If I click the AWD button on the transfer case lever the lights on the dash never stop blinking and AWD never fully engages.

If I shift into 4 lo or 4 hi, the lights blink and it still never fully engages.

I replaced the 4 sensors on the transfer case - 2 on the top, and 2 on the back.

I have seen A LOT of people fixing their problem by another switch the "front diff" switch, which I don't think I have because its a 2001.

Here is my front diff actuator:

Does anybody have any info for me or suggestions? I plan on running some power to the actuators tomorrow and seeing if they are the problem or not. If they are the problem can anybody tell me how much a new actuator runs?

I'm working through this problem right now. I'm leaning towards the front actuator being the problem on my 02. A new actuator can be had for about $300 oem. Here is the Toyota parts supplier I use (parts.tituswilltoyota.com) Best oem prices I can find and really reliable service.

I'll let you know what happens when I find stuff out on my truck. I'm currently in school and really don't have much time or a good space to work on it unfortunately but I'll hopefully get somewhere soon.

I would suspect the actuator on the front carrier, the linkage to the center is mechanical so unless it were loose or out of adjustment that will engage proper. I know the 96-98 t4r's have vacuum solenoids, not sure about the later though. still say front carrier not engaging.

The later model T4Rs have electric actuators on both the front diff and the transfer case.
