2001 4runner smog check help

Hi my 2001 4runner had check engine, trac off and vsc light.... When I replaced the O2 sensor all my lights dissappeared but one of the mechanic told me that when he put superchip programmer inside and check the data stream it says SUPP. CATALITYC and three other things not complete and told me to drive until those are acting again ....... I have been driving for around 300 miles now for past three days and I'm starting to get annoyed and I need to get my smog check ASAP. Is there any other way and how much money would it cost??

how many drive cycles does 2001 4runner take to enables a monitor and sets readiness codes to “ready”

It's not how many--it's much more complicated. But you should have completed in 300 miles. Did you scan again and it still shows not ready? See the TSB linked below:
