2001 4Runner SR5 center rear driveshaft U joint

Neglected my driveshaft for to long so I don’t think it’s rebuildable at this point. Question is the 96-00 center rear driveshaft different then the 01-02 for the SR5 4wd. I can’t find any searching eBay that are used for 01-02. Just 00 and earlier or 03 and later. Though even those look the same?
