I recently bought a 2001 4 runner 4wd limited on advice from several toyota owners.Never owned a totota before,but have heard are very good 4wds.I took 4runner out hunting and ran into snow.When rear wheels started to spin the vehicle stopped so I shifted into 4wd and nothing worked.No matter what I did it would not go.The engine would not give more power.The differential lock button would not work either.Am I doing some thing wrong,or did I buy a mistake?I plan on using the vehicle for some medium severe 4x4ing.Anyone have advice,I'm open to it.Or do I need to take to shop?
