2001 keeps dying at random

This is my first time on here so hello to all! So I roll up to a stop sign today and as I hit the gas the engine just shuts off. There was no sputter and no MIL. It was like someone just turned the key off. The alternator was going out and my battery was on its last legs so I replaced them both. Well about ten minutes later the same thing happens. Im not really sure what to do. Stealership maybe??

I replaced the plugs about 3,000 miles ago and its had its regular maintenance. It has 80k on the clock. I have an obd2 interface and I noticed that the idle speed with the A/C off is rather low at about 420 rpms and about 600 when on. Another thing I noticed is one of the o2 sensors reads much higher then the other one. At 1,000 rpms #1 is around .225 and #2 is around 3.500. Im unsure if any of this information helps but I figured I should list it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

For one thing it takes longer than ten minutes to charge a battery.

So you think the problem I am having is related to the battery? I charged it for about an hour before I installed it..

What is the MFA sensor? Is there anything I can look at on my OBD2 interface that would point towards a lean condition? When I blip the throttle the engine hesitates pretty bad but it doesn't die. It only seems to die when I am gentle on the gas.
