I'm new to this forum and just bought a 2001 limited 4runner. I am currently in the process of installing the Kenwood DVD (DDX 7015) and Nav(KNA-DV4100). The DVD unit was easy but I need some help locating the speed and the reverse sensors. From reading previous posts, I know the 4th gen uses a purple(violet) and black color combo for the Speed sensor and a red and yellow for the reverse. Does anyone know if this holds true for the 3rd gen 4runners? Any help would be much appreciated.
