2002 climate control

The front defroster no longer works (cant get the light to come on) and the AC light is on constantly. I had the truck diagnosed at the Toyota Dealer here and was told that the panel needs to be replaced at a cost of $1800.

Does anyone know if there is someone rebuilding these panel or if there are any available after market? The other controls on the panel work fine. I was told that the ckt card is burned out.

Welcome! Head to ebay for a used one. I don't think they go for more than $300 (with a warranty from the seller). $1800 is insane.
