2002 SR5 rear bumper plastic

I have a 2002 SR5 with the chrome rear bumper. My question is, I'd like to replace the gray plastic piece that looks like it is sort of the grip or the tread on top. Anyone have any idea what the official part number or name for this is and where I could order it from?
