2003 4runner Halo HID Headlights Video

This truck is getting old & I know alot of 4runner owners headlights are getting old & yellow. I am impressed by the functionality, quality, & light pattern of these new aftermarket headlights. So I am uploading this video to help others who might be looking for replacement headlights for there 4runner.

sucks the headlight pattern isnt good at all, i wonder if theretrofitsource got some mh1s to be ready to bolt in those housing. they domake some adapter plates for the mh1 to bolt inplace of certain aftermarket housing.

Having owned both, the beam pattern and output from the MH1 is much better, but I wouldn't say that these "suck" at all. I mean they aren't LS460's but they also arent 325 bucks and a ton of your time to install.

That might work out better than what the halo lights have, although he might not need the true hid kit with it, it's still a better deal to get everything.

I purchased these Spec-D Tuning "Angel Eye Halo" headlights from 03-06 Toyota 4Runner Dual Halo Projector Headlights Headlamps

HID bulb: 35W 4300K OEM White

My main reason for getting them was because the original lights were old & yellow beyond polish repair, and stock lights costs $500 each. Plus I wanted black headlights. I was going to buy the "Burtman industries" black headlights, but decided to get these instead. I'm not familiar with the MH1's. These are my first HID lights.

U might be able to use the mh1 projectors in place of the ones in the halo lights you have, the adapter place makes it possible to fit. You gain a better performance out of the mh1. But this take some time, couple of hours and you'll be amazed.
