2003 4runner v8 4x4 Crankshaft sensor

So I was driving yesterday and the check engine light, vsc off, & vsc trac lights all came on.

Took it to advanced auto and they read the code as a crankshaft position sensor. I had them clear it and it returned 5 minutes later. Anybody have any experience with this? Simple fixes? parts and labor prices?

4runner has 102k miles I bought it with 93k miles.

Oh yea I forgot to mention that in the last week twice the car has had difficulty starting. It will turn and click but it wont start until i try a few more times.

Looking for info on this too,,,same problems (dash lights / starting), CPS code is being thrown. Trying to find if this is a do it yourself thing or better for dealer.
