2003 Navigation DVD stuck

Got a error stating that the DVD won't read. Went to the back of the truck to attempt to reject but unable to.

Any ideas?

Can you grab it with a pair of needle nose pliers? If so, hit eject while you pull on it. Don't force it. If not, see if you can disconnect the power for a while. If you can't disconnect from the unit, I would disconnect the battery and let it sit for a while. Hook it all back up and press the eject button as soon as you can.
