It came from my 4Runner. But i don't think it'll fit 2002 and below 4Runners.

Right, it won't fit 2002, totally different knob, plus it has the overdrive button on the knob in the 02.

I assume the knob was with the leather package for the steering wheel with leather and radio controls and the leather shift knob. I have the knob on my 04 and it does look nice. I am not sure what it cost new, but I would think Toyota has that part.

I agree with Kmvreter, a picture would help. If you can't post a picture, you can e-mail it to me and I will post it. (I have my e-mail address under my profile.) Of course you will have to have access to a digital camera.:cool:
 
just check on ebay see how much normally they got sold. not the "buy now", though, normally these prices are rip-off's.

FYI, I have a newer model leather shifter knob on my 3rd gen manual shifter, but i had to cut the shaft and weld a screw to top to make it fit:
