2003 SR5 Cladding Part Numbers?

My matte plastic cladding is coming off my 4R in a few spots, mainly on the driver's and passenger side doors. The front is separating off and its becoming more and more annoying. I'm going to pull 'em off and re-fasten with new double sided tape and fasteners, but don't know what the part numbers of the fasteners are, or even what they look like. I also need to know what type of tape.
