2003 TR4 Blower not working

Hello Guys,
I have a 2003 4Runner Limited which blower stopped working all of the sudden. The original problem was with the AC wasn't blowing cold air. I later realized that the MCR (the magnetic clutch relay) was bad and i switched it with a good one the one for the fog lights and now the blowe doen't work anymore. Anybody had this problem before?

My 03 did the same thing. Turned out to be the fan re$i$tor. Ugh.

Do you know where the Fan Resistor is? is it something i can change myself or it has to be done by a professional AC guy or something?

is this the fan resistor you are talking about which i believe is located below the glove box near the blower? see the below link
