2004 4RUNNER V6 30K maintenace

Do i need to replace the transmission oil and/or radiator fluid on this vehicle on 30K? My vehicle is a 2004 V6 2x4 (purchased 1/2004). What is the actual interval to change these fluid?

I intend to do the following at the dealer this weekend:

Engine oil/filter replacement
Spark Plugs replacement
air filter/carbon filter replacement

please let me know if there is anything i am missing.

The coolant is a long life fluid and I hear it doesn't need to be replaced till 100k
