2004 4Runner with Goodyear GatorBack Driving Belt

Hi All,

I finally figured out how to replace the driving belt. But, I brought a aftermarket belt instead of the one from dealer. I got the Goodyear Gatorback 4070834 and I notice that the Ribs/threads are wider than the one from dealer. Would it be okay to put it on? I checked couple sites they all refer to the same belt with the same part number. So, I am wondering if anyone else put this one on.

Mine's coming up on 1.5 yrs just fine! Same pt number. Put it up to the one of the pullies and make sure its not too wide just in case.
