Anybody know how to tighten the front passenger door exterior lower plastic cladding. It's loose and making a sqeeking noise when I go past 40mph. Thanks a million!

Looks like it's held by plastic clips on the top and a rivet in the lower front corner.

I haven't specifically done this piece, but I have done the rear door, which was held on by a few different clips (orange and blue) and a rivet.

Just figure out where it's loose and then you'll know what you need. Or do like I did and buy a bunch of the clips (from a dealership or order online) and replace them all and rivet where applicable. The clips are pretty cheap.

Hope that helps. Good luck!

Do I need to open up the interior door panel to do this? Thanks for the help!

Ah crap! I meant to check while I was outside and it totally slipped my mind. I can tell you that I didn't have to for the rear door. The plastic clips attach to holes in the door skin and the rivet hole was accessible from the inside because it wasn't hidden by the inner panel.

Hope that helps.
