2004 SportEdition V6 Engine Noise

Looked at a 2004 Sport Edition 4Runner 129,000 miles, today when I took it on a test drive and opened the hood when it was idling we noticed a little tick it would come and go all when at idle I got it on video sorry for the Phone Quality but that all I had. Thanks for any help. Don't really know the best way to post the video but heres the link to it on Photobucket.

sounds like a sticking lifter after watching the video.

Correct just test drove it.

It does kind of sound like a lifter.. I had the same noise and it turned out my serp belt had slipped off one rib. I'd just find a different truck to buy.
