2005 4Runner Blower Motor Speed

Hey, Guys.

I own a 2005 4runner SR5 and I've noticed that the blower motor speed coming out of the vents isn't what I've set it to on the dash speed control.

I searched TSBs and found the following:

TSB#: 000405

"The blower motor speed does not match the hvac display indication."

I'm going to bring it up with the dealer on next oil change, but just wondering if anyone has ever had this TSB performed and if so what is involved?
