Well, it started a few days ago and it's driving me crazy.
05 4Runner has 3000 miles and the a/c has a whistling sound when running on high or medium high/inside circulation/upper vents. Has anyone experienced this? It's so hot here in Houston, during the day it has to be set on high and at lowest temp. during the day.
Also, a few days ago, I had to hit my brakes hard enough to burn rubber to avoid an accident. I could feel the brakes doing something weird at the time, which I assume they were doing what they were supposed to do in the situation. But since then, the brake pedal seems to pulse when coming to a stop, therefore the vehicle pulses, and passengers have mentioned this to me. (it's not me! it's not me!)
It's going to the service dept. tomorrow and it would be helpful to have a few clues before I go.
