2005 Lexus GX with new V8

Im not sure if this was already mentioend or discussed but my dad just got a brochure/newsletter from lexus and under the specs for the 2005 Lexus GX, it shows that it has 270 HP, not 235 HP.

So if this is true then some of hte websites, such as consumerguide, are wrong in stating that the 2005 lexus gx will retain the old V8 engine.

Yep, it now has variable valve timing and it comes with a few more poines. The 2005 4Runner will also get the new engine, however it has been delayed a few months and should be here around December or January. I wonder if the Lexus will be delayed also?
