2005 Tundra frame rust question

I am looking at this 2005 Tundra SR5 that's for sale at a local dealership. They are asking $10,990 for it. It has 130k miles. What I'm wondering about is the frame rust. The body shows no signs of rust, but it definitely has a considerable amount of frame rust and I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are in terms if it's worth cleaning up, and how. I've thought about how I'd do it and I think I'd try to wire wheel it as much as I could then figure out a way to spray used oil all over the frame. I'm wondering if the frame is too far gone to even consider repairing, not to mention all the bushings and whatnot that are held in with rusty bolts. I definitely don't want a nightmare on my hands.

I've attached some pictures for reference. What are your thoughts about price vs. frame condition and amount of work to repair?

Will they allow you to have a pre-purchase inspection done? I'd bring it to the nearest Toyota dealer and see if it's eligible for the frame replacement campaign. My 2000 Tundra's frame didn't seem so bad,but when I towed it to the dealer after a brake line ruptured they discovered the frame cracked,probably why the line cracked. They ended up replacing the frame (along with all the brake/fuel lines and lower control arms) no charge.
