2005 V8 Limited: P2195 Sensor Location

My wife's 2005 V8 Limited 4Runner started throwing a P2195 code a few weeks back.

P2195 = Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1).

From my own research this refers to the Air/Fuel Sensor on the driver's side (Bank 1) before the catalytic convertor (Sensor 1). I spoke with two of my local Toyota Parts departments and they both said I needed part # 89467-71020. The equivalent Denso part # is 234-9051, which I picked up on Amazon.

Now, with the part in hand, I just want to confirm where this sensor is located. Can anyone point me to a picture or provide a description of where I can find it?

Hi guys,
I have a 2006 4runner with the V8. My VSC TRAC, VSC OFF, check engine, and skid light came on lasts week. I thought it was the gas cap, before I pulled the code. So I has that replaced but the lights came back on. Has anyone had to replace the Denso 234-9051 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor before? Where is it locate and is it difficult to replace?

I just got the manifolds replaced on my 2006 under the 8 year warranty. When I started up the engine to leave the dealer. All the dash lighted up. Apparently one of these sensors died during the process and they want me to pay for it...

Is this a normal practice? I mean if they break something during a repair I would expect to be their responsibility to fix it.

Ok, so Ive searched around and I cant find what Im looking for.

I'm getting this p2195 code, along with a p2238.
My mechanic says the fuel air ratio sensor needs replaced. Bank one.....
I am thinking of replacing this myself but Im not sure exactly where it is.
Im no mechanic but I do my own brakes and bolt on parts that I can get to.

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
I've searched quite a few pages of threads and Im not coming up with much on this.
I have a 2004 4runner v6 4x4 140,000 miles

If anyone looks at this in the future- the part numbers seem to be different starting in 2005- my 2004 calls for part number 234-9047.

This is the part number my mechanic gave me and advance auto has the same part number for a/f sensor on a 04..... The above part number is for a 2005.....

A/F Ratio Bank 2 (Upstream O2Sensor) Location

I know this is an old thread but I came across it when looking for this information so adding pictures in case someone else comes across this looking for A/F Ratio Sensor (Upstream O2 sensor) location. This is the bank 2 sensor (passenger side) for the 2UZ-FE V8 motor. Bank 1 sensor is in basically same location on the drivers side. I spent way too much time trying to remove the B2S1 sensor without taking off the wheel, just way to far up in there between the motor and firewall to reach it, after removing the wheel wasn't too difficult. Pics are taken from passenger side front wheel well, I had already removed the sensor but you can see the harness side connector which is clipped onto a mount at the back of the motor.

I am having the same problem. Were you able to solve it? I am also getting the P2195-00 error; I need help too.
